About the Conference

The Annual Conference and Trade Show of the International Travel & Tourism Market (ITTM) will take place April 16-17, 2014 in The Hague, The Netherlands and will bring together participants and industry leaders from around the world.

This conference will feature discussions, presentations and ample Q&A discussion on a range of timely travel & tourism topics and many others.

Attendees will be able to meet with and hear experienced industry professionals while connecting with colleagues in multiple networking events involving business partners and exhibitors.

There are many great opportunities within the conference to reconnect with colleagues and to meet new friends and form new partnerships. There will be matchmaking activities, multiple networking luncheons, refreshment breaks with hosted receptions in between and also you will be offered with an opportunity to see the local sights and meet people from around the world.

 

B2B MatchMaking

The ITTM2014 Procurement Opportunity Conference and one-on-one matchmaking meetings will take place on 16 – 17 April, 2014. There are 2–6 meetings scheduled for each supplier (15 min for each meeting). There is a 5-min break in between meetings for suppliers to move to their next meeting.

ITTM receives  buyers’ requests for products and services in advance. ITTM pre-schedules the matchmaking meetings based on supplier’s business capacity and the requests from buyers.

  •        Set up detailed company reports;
  •        Market your company to local companies;
  •        Meet with potential partners;
  •        Business negotiations support

How to participate? 

  1. The meetings are pre-scheduled for both supplier and buyer, so we need you to complete registration by December 1, 2013. Register for the full conference OR the daily pass for  the ITTM2014.
  2. When registering, please make sure to list which corporations/government agencies or corporations from which industry you would like to meet and what capacity your company has (nature of your business).
  3. We process the matchmaking meetings based on supplier’s business capacity and the requests from buyers.
  4. On March 15, 2014, you will receive a list of corporations/government buyers for your reference if you have completed registration already.
  5. You will receive your meeting schedule on March 30, 2014. It will specify the exact time of your appointments and the buyers you will meet with.
